What is your return policy and how do I start a return or exchange?Updated 3 days ago

At Greyson Clothiers, we want you to love how your purchase looks and feels. If you’re not completely happy with your unworn and unwashed item—with all original tags still attached—you may return it within the timeframes and guidelines outlined below. 

Getting Started

To begin your return or exchange, please use our Returns & Exchanges Portal: HERE

You’ll need:

  • Your order number (found on your packing slip or in your order confirmation email).
  • The shipping ZIP code used at checkout.

Your order number should be entered in this format: DTC #XXXXXX (with a space between “DTC” and the “#”).

How to Return an Item

  1. Visit our [Portal] and enter your order number and your shipping zip code.
  2. Select the items you wish to return.
  3. Print the provided return shipping label and packing slip.
  4. Package your return securely with the packing slip inside and drop it off at a carrier facility.

Once the return is received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are only able to be issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement.

How to Exchange an Item

  1. Visit our [Portal] and enter your order number and your shipping zip code.
  2. Select the items you wish to return.
  3. Review available size and color options, or use your credit to shop our full store.
  4. Print the provided return shipping label and packing slip.
  5. Package your return securely with the packing slip inside and drop it off at a carrier facility.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, your exchange order will be created. After the exchange order is generated, it will be processed and shipped according to our standard timeframe. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details sent to the email address provided once your order has shipped. Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to exchanges.
  • Expedited shipping options are unavailable for exchange orders.

How to Exchange a Gifted Item

Gift returns will need to be processed through our [Gift Returns Portal]. 

  1. Enter the order number and shipping zip code.
  2. Enter your email address, shipping address, and a valid phone number.
  3. Select the items you wish to return.
  4. Review available size and color options, or use your credit to shop our full store.
  5. Print the provided return shipping label and packing slip.
  6. Package your return securely with the packing slip inside and drop it off at a carrier facility.


Policy Details

Domestic

For orders shipped within the continental United States and U.S. territories, our standard return and exchange window is 30 days from the date of fulfillment. Please note that there is a handling fee that applies to each return; however, this fee is waived if you opt for an exchange (subject to inventory availability).

International

For orders shipped outside the continental United States and its territories, our standard return window is 30 days from the date of fulfillment. At this time, we’re unable to offer exchanges. A flat handling fee applies to each international return and will vary depending on the country. Please note that these purchases do not qualify for return labels; items originally purchased or shipped within the U.S. or its territories but are being returned from an international location, as well as, purchases made at one of our international store locations. In these cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Please be aware that any items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items are noted in the product details on a product page, in your cart, and also at checkout. Final Sale items will not be eligible for return labels in our returns portal, and if included with another returnable item, it will not be accepted or refunded.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Shipping Charges

Refunds apply to the purchased item(s) only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Third-Party Purchases

If your item was purchased from an independent retailer or received at an external event (such as a member-guest outing), please contact the original place of purchase directly. Third-party sellers manage their own returns and exchanges and will provide the best assistance.
