What is Shop Now Credit and how does it work?Updated 10 days ago

If your original order included a discount, you may qualify for a Shop Now Bonus—an extra credit based on the amount you saved. This offer is available only through our return and exchange portal when you select a new item that costs more than what you’re returning.

For example:

If you bought something originally priced at $100 but paid $80 after a 20% discount, you saved $20. That $20 becomes your Shop Now Bonus—an extra incentive you can use toward your new item.

To use the bonus, your new item just needs to cost more than what you paid originally (in this example, more than $80). The bonus amount is based on your original discount and may vary from order to order.

This bonus is only available during the exchange process and can’t be carried over to future orders and can’t be refunded to a gift card.
