Order confirmations are automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you haven’t received one, please check your spam or junk folder for one just in case.

You can also log in to your account and check your Order History to view the current status of your order:

  • If your order is unfulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent your way shortly.
  • If your order is fulfilled, feel free to contact our customer experience team for tracking details.
