Do you hold inventory for the items I want to exchange for?Updated 10 days ago

We don’t reserve inventory for exchange items until your return arrives at our warehouse. Once it does, we create your exchange order and set aside the items for you. Occasionally, items can still go out of stock before your exchange order is generated. We understand this can be disappointing, and if that happens, we’ll promptly issue a refund for the item instead.
