Can I return items from multiple orders in the same package?Updated 7 days ago

We kindly ask that you do not combine items from separate orders into one return package. Each return must be processed individually through our Returns + Exchange Portal using the unique order number it was placed under.

Combining returns from different orders:

• Does not waive the $6 handling fee.

• May cause delays in processing your refund or exchange, as our system cannot accurately track mixed returns.

• For international returns it may result in the package being returned to you as it may not clear customs. In these instances an additional label will be provided for an additional cost.

To ensure a smooth and timely return or exchange, please submit and ship each order separately using the return label provided for that specific return.
