Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Once tracking information is issued, please allow up to 24 hours for movement to appear on the carrier’s website.
Orders under $250 will charged a flat shipping rate of $12.00. Orders $250 and over qualify for free ground shipping.
Standard Ground Shipping
Orders shipped via standard ground delivery within the contiguous United States typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
For P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, Hawaii, and Alaska, please allow additional transit time. P.O. Boxes may take up to 30 days for delivery.
Please note: We are unable to ship to international Armed Forces P.O. Boxes (APO/FPO/DPO addresses) at this time.
Expedited Shipping
We offer 2-Day and Priority Overnight shipping options at an additional cost. To qualify for same-day shipment, orders must be placed by 12 PM EST.
Orders placed with upgraded shipping on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Available expedited shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Please note: Upgraded shipping is not available for the following addresses: P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, Hawaii, or Alaska.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
For pre-order and made-to-order items, a specific shipping date or estimated timeframe will be displayed on the product page, during checkout, and listed beneath the item in your order confirmation. Please refer to that estimated date to know when your items will ship.
As soon as we receive your item(s) at our distribution center, we’ll begin preparing your order for shipment. You’ll receive an email update the moment it’s been packaged and is on its way to you. We’ll ship your order using the delivery method that was selected at checkout.
