We understand that receiving your order in perfect condition is important to you. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, here’s what you can do:

For Damaged Packages

If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Order number [DTC #]
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
  • A description of the damage

For Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please reach out to us. We’ll help you track it down and resolve the situation.
