Processing and Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Once tracking information is received, please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for movement to appear on the carrier’s website. International orders are typically delivered within 5 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Transit times vary by destination.

We do not ship to International P.O. Boxes—all international orders must be delivered to a residential or business address. 

Expedited Shipping Policy

At this time, expedited shipping is not available for international orders.  

Holiday & Sale Periods

During peak holiday season and sales events, please anticipate longer processing times due to high order volumes.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

For pre-order and made-to-order items, a specific shipping date or estimated timeframe will be displayed on the product page, during checkout, and listed beneath the item in your order confirmation. Please refer to that estimated date to know when your items will ship. 

As soon as we receive your item(s) at our distribution center, we’ll begin preparing your order for shipment. You’ll receive an email update the moment it’s been packaged and is on its way to you. We’ll ship your order using the delivery method that was selected at checkout.
